Platform CTRL
Your performance operating system.
Without the consultancy invoice.
Platform CTRL takes the frameworks we normally install by hand and turns them into a product your managers run themselves. Clarity, consistency and a steady performance rhythm, built in. The know-how of a People team, in software.

Why we built it
The hard part of performance was never the software. It's keeping it up.
Most performance tools hand you forms and dashboards, then leave your managers to work out the hard part on their own: what to say, when to say it, how to keep it going. So good intentions slowly rot into a once-a-year review nobody believes.
We built Platform CTRL the other way round. The behaviour is baked in: the conversations, the cadence, the frameworks that actually move performance. Your managers don't need to learn a methodology. It's already in there.
What's inside
What every manager gets.
- Frameworks, templates and playbooks
- The same structures we use on engagements — goal-setting, role clarity, performance plans — ready to use out of the box.
- Conversation tools and prompts
- Help in the moment for the chats managers put off: underperformance, expectations, feedback. The right words, at the right time.
- Simple performance rhythms
- Goals, check-ins and feedback on a cadence the system keeps ticking. Performance as a habit, not an annual event.
- Change you can actually see
- Built to shift behaviour and show you what's moving, not to fill a dashboard with numbers nobody reads.
How it fits
We put the foundation in. CTRL keeps it standing.
CTRL doesn't replace the build. It's what makes the build stick. We install the operating model on a project, then CTRL gives your managers the product to keep running it long after we've gone. It's the difference between “PeopleStation set this up for us” and “this is just how we work now.” And because it's a subscription, the relationship carries on without us living in your inbox.
- 1
We install
The systems, structure and frameworks go in.
- 2
CTRL embeds
Your managers run the rhythm in the product, on subscription.
- 3
You own it
Performance keeps itself going, no HR dependency.
Who it's for
The same businesses we work with in the field.
Founder-led, Seed-to-Series-B teams, usually somewhere around 20 to 120 people, where leaders need to drive performance without standing up a full HR function.
You don't have to have worked with us. CTRL gives you the operating model in a box either way.
